JoSAA 2017 Eligibility Criteria- Joint Seat Allocation Authority 2017 will announce the eligibility criteria for those candidates who will apply for the joint seat allocation for admission to IITs, IMS Dhanbad, NITs, IITs and GFTIs. JOSAA Eligibility criteria 2017 for IITs and ISM Dhanbad
Criteria 1: Candidates will have to qualify the JEE Advanced 2017 for academic programs at IITs and ISM Dhanbad and complete the performance in class 10+2.
Criteria 2: Candidates will have to qualify in JEE Advanced 2015 for preparatory courses at IIT and ISM Dhanbad and complete the performance in class 10+2 exam.
JoSAA 2017 will give the all information about the criteria of performance of the class 10+2 examination.
JoSAA 2017 Eligibility Criteria for NITs, IITs and GFTIs
Criteria 3: Candidates are required to secure a rank in JEE(Main) 2017 paper-1(B.E/B.Tech) and have obtained 45% (for GEN) or 40% (for OBC-NCL,SC, ST,PWD) aggregate marks in class 10+2 examination.
The marks will be calculated on the following subjects.
- Any language from the syllabus
- Any one of these subjects- Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or technical subjects.
- Any other fifth subjects
Criteria 4: Candidates should secure a rank in JEE (Main) 2017 paper-2and have mathematics as one of the subjects in class 10+2 examinations.
